It’s Thanksgiving week here in the United States and we know that many of you will be cooking elaborate meals for your loved ones. We want to help. We have many Thanksgiving recipes for you and even more recipes for that unconventional Thanksgiving meal. Plus, we’ll be answering cooking questions on Twitter all week. Need to know how to brine a bird? Ask us. (We’re huge fans of dry-brining) Need to know how to quickly defrost a bird? Ask us. (Setting it in a sink full of very cold water and changing the water every 30 minutes is best).
