Everyone Take Two Against CAFO Meat

Just the other day, I wrote about how to talk to restaurants about their meat sources. I wanted to expand just a bit on my thinking and address some comments I’ve heard on Twitter regarding this post.

First steps towards eliminating CAFO meat (at least for us)

I make no secret of the fact that Food, Inc. affected me. Even though I’ve read the Omnivore’s Dilemma, and am making my way through Organic, Inc., In Defense of Food, and Animal, Vegetable, Mineral, seeing the images in the film really drove the point home. I do not want to eat CAFO meat.
